Our Case Managers incorporate patient education and counseling into the infusion program, which also includes coordination of home care plans, monitoring of patient compliance and tolerance to therapy.
Along with infusion care, we offer home health care which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in a multi-state service area. Additionally, nursing staff are on call 24/7 to monitor patient needs and answer questions.
